1. What is the cost of shipping DM Pro to countries outside the USA?
We ship via US airmail to all foreign countries for $2.00. Normal shipping time is about 4 to 7 days to North and South America and to Europe and slightly longer to most other countries.

2. Can I download Dealmaster Pro from your web site?
No. Your original copy of DM Pro must be sent to you on a CD. Updates are available at no cost from our web site.

3. I have The Bridge Dealmaster and it does not work on my new computer?
You need version 3.51 of The Bridge Dealmaster to work on today's fast computers. This can be downloaded from this web site. Note that you must download a new support file. See the Download page for complete instructions.

4. Will Dealmaster Pro work under Windows XP? NT?
Yes. DM Pro will work under Windows 95, 98,2000, ME, NT and XP. The installation procedure is slightly different for Windows NT and XP.

5. Is the complete Deep Finesse included with Dealmaster Pro?
No. The analytical engine is included. The principal function not included is the facility to follow trick by trick play. If you have Deep Finesse installed, you can open Deep Finesse for a deal stored in Dealmaster Pro.

6. I want to upgrade from The Bridge Dealmaster to Dealmaster Pro. How do I get all the information I have stored in Dealmaster into Dealmaster Pro?
The "Backup" Help topic lists all the files you should save from Dealmaster and then copy to the folder where Dealmaster Pro is installed.

7. Is there a manual for Dealmaster Pro?
The manual is stored in an "on-line" Help function. This may be printed in whole or in part. It is very complete.

8. What if I don't like DM Pro?
It may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund, if purchased from us. Distributors each have their own return policy.

9. What kind of service to you have?

10. What is the difference between an "On-Line Order" and an "E-Mail Order"?
Using the On-Line order, you use a standard Internet order form to enter your order including your Visa or Master Card number. If you prefer to have a personal contact with us (for example to provide your cc information or you want to pay other than by credit card), just send us an email and we will be happy to take the order in the most convenient form to you.
